Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to create an account or use FacelessReels. If the law where you live sets a higher age of legal majority, you must meet that higher age. FacelessReels is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
If you use FacelessReels for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Using FacelessReels
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing and for activity performed through connected accounts.
YouTube features
FacelessReels uses YouTube API Services. When you connect or publish to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Before each manual YouTube upload, and when enabling YouTube for an automated Series, you must confirm that you own the content or have all necessary rights and that it follows YouTube's Community Guidelines. You choose the title, description, and visibility. You remain solely responsible for uploaded content.
Content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you provide and, subject to third-party rights, generated output. You grant us a limited license to process, store, render, transmit, and publish content only as needed to provide the features you request.
Before you upload, import, link, or use any music, sound recording, voice, or other audio, you represent and warrant that you own it or have obtained every license, consent, and authorization needed for FacelessReels to process, store, reproduce, synchronize, adapt, transmit, and publish it through the service and to any social platform you select. Providing a third-party link, including a TikTok sound URL, does not by itself grant those rights. Your audio and its use must not infringe any copyright, neighboring right, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or other right.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining those rights, paying any required royalties or fees, and handling any claim, complaint, dispute, loss, or liability arising from audio you provide or use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify FacelessReels against third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your breach of these obligations. We may remove or disable the relevant content, restrict the related service or publishing feature, or suspend an account when we receive a rights complaint or reasonably believe the content is unauthorized or infringing.
Subscriptions and availability
Paid plans renew until canceled. Review our current pricing, included Posts, and Series limits; prices and billing intervals are shown again during checkout. You can cancel online from Dashboard Billing or the Subotiz Customer Portal without emailing support; access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy, applicable law, and the circumstances of the purchase and service delivery. Contact support@facelessreels.co with the account email and transaction details. Subotiz, our merchant of record, may process approved refunds and handle taxes, invoices, and payment disputes.
We may modify or discontinue features, perform maintenance, and suspend access for abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
Prohibited use
You may not use FacelessReels to request, generate, store, or publish pornography, nudity, NSFW material, explicit or sexually suggestive content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, hateful or harassing content, illegal instructions, deceptive impersonation, face swaps, deepfakes, or content that exploits another person.
Do not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, present generated media as authentic evidence, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, bypass safety or platform safeguards, scrape protected data, upload malware, or misuse social-platform APIs. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and provides additional examples.
Termination and liability
You may disconnect social accounts or delete your account at any time. The service is provided as available, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to amounts you paid during the previous twelve months.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to FacelessReels are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. For these Terms, the People's Republic of China means mainland China and excludes the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan.
The parties will first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation. If it is not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the People's Republic of China. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
